These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Sesora iOS application ("the app"), developed by Serkan Coşkun ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Sesora is a wellness app. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and it is not a medical device. Nothing in the app — including the tuned filter, sounds, journal insights or weekly reports — is medical advice. If your tinnitus is new, sudden, one-sided, pulsating, or accompanied by hearing loss, dizziness or pain, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Always listen at a low, comfortable volume. Stop using the app immediately if you experience discomfort, increased tinnitus or any hearing changes. You are responsible for your listening levels, including when using headphones.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.
Sesora requires a purchase to unlock its features. Current options:
Prices are shown in your local currency in the app and may vary by region. All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID; we never receive your payment details.
Journal entries and other content you create in the app belong to you and are stored on your device. When you request a weekly report, you grant us the limited right to process your recent entries transiently for the sole purpose of generating that report, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, resell or redistribute the app or its sounds; not to use the app in any unlawful way; and not to attempt to disrupt or overload the services the app relies on.
The app, its design, sounds, text and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.
We may update, change or discontinue features (including the sound library and weekly reports) at any time. Some features require an internet connection and depend on third-party services; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will meet your needs or produce any particular wellbeing outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it; sections that by their nature should survive (including 9, 10 and 13) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
